Once the order is placed, we will create, pack and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long will it take to prepare my order?
Once we recieve your order we will work promptly to create your custom order and have it shipped to you within 1-2 days.
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes! We would love to work with you on customizing a bulk order for your specific needs. Please contact me directly through the “write to me” link and I will promptly get back to you.

What size are the magnets?
All of our magnets are 2 x 2 inches. These magnets are covered by a clear mylar/UV cover, providing extra protection against scratches and fading.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order with the tracking number you will receive in your email once your order is shipped.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your order upon reception. If it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, take photos and contact us immediately with your order number, product name, and photos of the defect. We’ll ensure a replacement is issued for any damaged or faulty items.
