Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and work to make it right by offering a replacement if necessary.

Exchanges
As each magnet is custom-made, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us before placing it to ensure it meets your expectations.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
